The Shakti Peetha is a place of worship consecrated ashes of the goddess Shakti or Sati, the female principal of Hinduism. They are spread around the Indian subcontinent. There are 51 Shakti Peeth linking to 51 alphabets in Sanskrit. At all the Peethas, Goddess Shakti is accompanied by her consort, Lord Bhairava who is considered a manifestation of Lord Shiva. This goddess Shakti, the Goddess of power is the complete incarnation of Adi Shakti, has three chief manifestations, as Durga, Goddess of strength, as Mahakaali, goddess of destruction of evil and as Goddess Gowri, the goddess of benevolence.

• DAY 01:

  Departure from Mumbai, proceed to Vani near Nasik for darshan of Saptashrungi. Overnight at Nasik hotel

• DAY 02:

  Take a day excursion to Renukamandir then proceed to Tuljapur for darshan. Overnight at hotel.

• DAY 03:

  After breakfast proceed to Kolhapur for Mahalaxmi Temple. Also, visit the Jyotiba Nandir; later proceed back to Mumbai for onward journey.
