Golf in India has a long history, going back to 1829, when the Royal Calcutta Golf Club, the oldest golf club in the world, outside of Great Britain was formed. The Royal as it is popularly known, crowns a highly under-rated golfing landscape that offers a stimulating mix of colonial heritage, breathtaking locales and challenging modern day designs. India’s climate between October to March is unsurpassable with almost no rain, balmy days with low humidity and mild winters, making it one of the best places to travel and golf in during that period.

• DAY 01:

  Arrive at Coimbatore (nearest airport) and drive to Ooty. On arrival assistance and transfer to hotel. Check-in and take time for relaxation. Later, go for sightseeing. Overnight stay in hotel

• DAY 02:

  After breakfast proceed for a round of golf at Ootacamund Gymkhana Club. Drive back to your hotel after the match. Later, visit the Botanical Garden, established in 1848. Then visit the Ooty Lake, which is one of the major interests for all tourists – has pedal boats, rowing boats and mechanized boats which are available in hourly basis.

• DAY 03:

  Morning proceed for a round of golf at Ootacamund Gymkhana Club after breakfast. Later, drive back to hotel after snacks and refreshment.

• DAY 04:

  After breakfast proceed to Coimbatore airport for onward journey. Tour ends.
