Andaman and Nicobar are a large group of nearly 600 islands in the Bay of Bengal. Though they are a part of India politically, they are closer to Myanmar and Thailand than to the Indian mainland. They were just north of the epicenter of the Boxing Day quake of 2004, and were the site of dozens of aftershocks. The Nicobars were badly hit by the resulting tsunami, while the Andamans escaped with a few bruises.

The islands of Andaman and Nicobar are affectionately dowered with the designation of 'emerald islands' owing to their unparalleled charm and breath-taking flora and fauna. Thus, state tourism in Andaman and Nicobar islands have flourished and expanded its network. • DAY 01: ARRIVE PORT BLAIR- CORBYN’S COVE BEACH

  Arrive at Port Blair in the morning by flight, Transfer to hotel, Check in hotel. After lunch, visit the Corbyn's Cove Beach - 9 kms from Port Blair - a coconut palm fringed beach, ideal for swimming, sun-basking & bathing. In the evening, attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail - where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Over night at Port Blair Hotel

• DAY 02: PORT BLAIR- NORTH BAY ISLAND & ROSS ISLAND

  Breakfast at Hotel After breakfast proceed for a full-day Excursion to North Bay Island (Coral Island)-to see coral reefs, exotic varieties of beautiful ornamental fishes and other marine life. The glass bottom boat ride helps one to take a closer look at the vast coral colonies. Then, visit Ross Island - from where the Britishers' governed the entire A&N islands, prior to India’s Independence. This island is an ideal destination for nature walk amidst sylvan surroundings with deers, peacocks, exotic birds, etc.

• DAY 03: PORT BLAIR- HAVELOCK ISLAND & RADHANAGAR BEACH

  Today early morning departure by inter-island ferry to Havelock Island (57 kms by sea from Port Blair) Check in the hotel. After lunch, proceed to the Asia's Best Beach "Radhanagar Beach (Beach No.7).Stay here overnight amongst sandy beach and lush green forest in a comfortable beach resort.

• DAY 04: HAVELOCK ISLAND-ELEPHANT BEACH

  Breakfast at Hotel. After breakfast, proceed to half day trip to Elephant Beach for adventurous snorkeling experience. Snorkeling is leisure water sports in which a person swims on the surface of water wearing the face mask and view in the underwater corals.   Rest of the day at own leisure for independent activities.Over night at Hotel.

• DAY 05: HAVELOCK ISLAND-PORT BLAIR

  Breakfast at Hotel. Morning at own leisure for independent activities. Check out the hotel & return from Havelock Island in the evening & transfer to hotel in Port Blair. Over night in Port Blair hotel.

• DAY 06:PORT BLAIR-CITY TOUR & COTTAGE INDUSTRIES EMPORIUM

  After breakfast, start for a full-day tour of places in & around Port Blair (City Tour) - covering the famous Cellular Jail, Chatham Saw Mill (one of the oldest & largest in Asia), Anthropological Museum, Fisheries (Marine) Museum, Science Centre, Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika) and visit the Cottage Industries Emporium (Sagarika) - for Shopping & Souvenirs.

• DAY 07: DEPARTURE

  Enjoy your breakfast at hotel, after breakfast Transfer to Port Blair Airport.
