  • Valid passport with at least 6 month validity from the date of travel.
  • 1 Visa Form (To be filled and signed by the applicant).
  • 1 Photo (Passport size i.e. 3.5cm x 4.5cm, Camera clicked and Latest i.e. within 3 months).
  • Covering letter (addressed to Embassy of The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan).
  • Invitation letter .
  • Approval from (Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Afghanistan).
  • Polio Vaccination Certificate. (Issued at least 1 month before the date of travel) is must.
