Documents Required:	Original passport along with old passport, Notarized passport copy of all used/unused pages of the applicant passport having minimum validity of Six months at the time of travel 2 Photos (35mm X 45mm, Current Camera clicked, with white background) Covering letter on company letterhead. (Addressed to The Visa Officer, Australian High Commission, New Delhi) Invitation letterfrom the Australian Company Exchange / Credit Card Copy Air Ticket. Evidence of Business, company incorporation certificate with Director page or trade license copy Personal & Company Â Bank statement showing sufficient fund for last 6 months with bank seal & sign Income Tax Papers last 03 yrs.Company & personal Assets papers- such as Fixed-deposit, L.I.C, Shares investments, Property deed Copy etc. - personal If employed - Leave letter from company and Salary Slips (Last 03 months)
Medical Requirements	Health Insurance must if above 70 years. ALL PAX ABOVE 70 YRS. TO GO THROUGH MEDICALS).
Fees	Rs. 6700/- by draft in favour of AUSTRALIAN HIGH COMMISSION New Delhi. Rs 970/- by draft in our favour towards VFS visa charges. Rs 640/- for any additional document submission.

Photocopies of Income Tax Papers last 03 yrs. Company & personal Assets papers-as fixed deposit, L.I.C., P.P.F., Property deed copy etc If employed-Leave letter from company and Salary Slips (Last 03 Months) If student-Leave letter from School or school I.D. In case of Honey moon couple provide Marriage or engagement photo, marriage card from both the families and both applicants’ father and mother passport or pan card copy.
