  • Valid passport with atleast 6 month validity from the date of travel.
  • 1 Visa Form filled in and signed by the applicant.
  • 2 Photos Stamp Size, Camera clicked, latest with white background),
  • Covering Letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy Of Benin on Company Letter Head addressing the Embassy with Complete Address of the Embassy (Please note that applications without complete address of the Embassy on Covering Letter, shall not be entertained by the Embassy),
  • Original Invitation Letter attested by Indian High Commission in Benin.
  • Return Confirmed Ticket.
  • Exchange.
  • Bank Statement (3 months).
  • I D card copy of signing authority
  • Original Yellow Fever Certificate is a Must.

Each Case to be filed with an Authority letter Authorizing Mr Arjun Singh (Jetsave) of Jetsave to submit and collect documents on passengers behalf.
