Documents Required:
  • Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
  • Form-to be filled in online at https://portalmre.rree.gob.bo/formvisas/, it has to be printed twice and duly signed on both copies by applicant.
  • 4 Photos (Blue background, Passport size, Camera clicked, recent),
  • Bank Statement of last 03 months.
  • Covering Letter addressed to The Visa Officer Embassy Of Bolivia, New Delhi on Company Letter Head.
  • Return Confirmed Ticket.
  • Original Invitation Letter from Bolivia.
  • Original Yellow Fever Certificate mandatory
  • Police Clearance Certificate.

PERSONAL APPEARANCE OF THE APPLICANT MANDATORY FOR SUBMISSION OF VISA APPLICATION.
