• A completed visa application form filled by applicant only with blue ink. Form has to be printed on separate sheets (Not back to back)

• Covering Letter (addressed to High Commission Of The Republic Of Botswana) with passenger mobile no mentioned. The first paragraph should specify the nature of business of the company. The second paragraph should specify the designation of the traveller and the purpose of visit to Botswana.
• Return Confirmed Ticket showing departure after 20 days from the date of submission.
• Company Profile.
• Hotel Confirmation.
• International Credit Card Copy OR US$ Endorsement of Passport.
• ID Proof of Invitee From Botswana such as copy of Host Resident permit, Passport Copy, Work Permit, Study Permit or Entry Permit or Copy of Permit. This has to be attested (IN THE LAST 7 DAYS ONLY) by Immigration Department in Botswana or by Police Department of Botswana.
• A letter of Invitation from Botswana with invitees mobile no mentioned. The first paragraph should specify the nature of business of the company. The second paragraph should specify the designation of the traveller and the purpose of visit to Botswana.
• A copy of Registration Certificate of Botswana Company. This has to be attested (IN THE LAST 7 DAYS ONLY) by Immigration Department in Botswana or by Police Department of Botswana.
• Authority Letter favoring Jetsave to collect and submit the documents on applicants behalf.
• Direct contact number/mobile number of the Applicant is MUST.
• Meeting Schedule (If coming to attend / organize a meeting).
• Company and Personal - Latest Bank Statement for 6 months for each month separately . Please note that the Bank Passbook will NOT be accepted.

If previously applied for visa, please attach the copy of visa outcome.
