  • Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
  • Form to be filled by applicant online on link – https://geoconsul.gov.ge/ . kindly fill form online + upload documents as per checklist + schedule appointment , print 2 copies , sign on both copies and send.
  • 2 Photos.
  • Covering Letter to The Visa Officer Embassy Of Georgia
  • Invitation.
  • Insurance.
  • Return Confirmed Ticket.
  • Hotel Confirmation.
  • Latest (3 months) Personal Bank Statement.
  • 3 years personal IT return.
  • Authority Letter in the name of Mr Shankar Singh for submission and Collection of the passport on applicants behalf. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS AUTHORITY LETTER NEEDS TO BE NOTARIZED .

All passenger need to FILL ONLINE FORM and COME PERSONALLY FOR SUBMISSION but we can collect on their behalf.
