Documents Required:
  • Valid passport with at least six months validity from the date of travel

  • 2 Currently clicked Photos(The white background photo for each visa applicant submitted must measure 3.5 cms x 4.5 cms with the head centred in the frame and 80% face)

  • Return Confirmed Ticket(showing departure after 5 days from the day the case is applied)

  • Health Insuranceshould be as per Schengen specification, matching with ticket dates with risk coverage of Euro 30,000.
  • 3 months personal and Companybank statement with bank sign and seal
  • 3 yrs personal and Company IT papers
  • In case of self employed:Proof of business i.e. Company registration certificate with Director proof page / FORM 32 or Partnership Deed and trade license and incase of proprietorship the Trade License
  • In case of salaried:NOC from the company on the Company letterhead and 3 months’ Salary Slip.
  • Invitation Letterfrom the German Company and in case pax is travelling to attend fair in Germany then Purchase receipt of the Fair Entry Ticket
Medical Requirements

Rs 2700/-(Child).
