Documents Required:
  • Valid passport must not be older than 10 years also it must be valid for at least THREE MONTHS longer than the intended stay. The passport must also have at least TWO BLANK PAGES to affix the visa and should be along with all old passport booklets.

  • 3 Photos (35X45 mm, 70-80% face, white background).
  • Covering Letter on company letter head in case pax is self employed (addressed to Embassy Of Greece).
  • Return Confirmed Air Ticket.
  • Invitation from Greece Company.
  • Travel Insurance as per Schengen specification, matching with ticket dates with risk coverage of Euro 30,000.
  • For Professionals (Doctors, Advocate, Software Eng, Consultants Etc.) Copy of Educational Certificate/Technical Certificates.
  • Hotel Confirmation
  • Salary Slip - last Six months.
  • Original Personal and Company Bank Statement with Bank Seal (last 6 months), the statement to have named and the complete address of the account holder.
  • Personal and Company’s Income Tax Returns (last 3 years).
  • PAN Card copy (MUST).
Medical Requirements

Rs. 4500/-. for Adult
Rs. 2625/-. for Child

VFS charges Rs. 866/- (payable in cash).
