  • ORIGINAL Yellow Fever Certificate is MANDATORY.
  • Invitation from Invitee in English Language on Company Letter Head with Company Seal, name and designation of the Authorized Signatory along with the CC No. (Compte Contribuabie Number) and the Name and designation of the Invited (pax).
  • Recommendation letter from Chamber of Commerce/Company registration.
  • Direct contact number/mobile number of the Applicant is MUST.
