  • Hotel Confirmation on the Letter Head of Hotel in Namibia.
  • If Company sponsoring the trip then Company last three months Bank Statement with Bank Seal, required or Pax Personal last Three months Bank Statement with Bank Seal, required .
  • Return Confirmed Ticket.
  • Yellow Fever Certificate.
