  • 5 Forms (to be printed back to back Duly filled - Hand written NOT accepted only Typed)
  • 5 Photos
  • Covering letter addressed to The Visa Officer, High Commission For The Islamic Republic Of Pakistan
  • Company ID Card copy of Applicant
  • Original Invitation
  • Original Chamber Letter of Pakistani Company requesting embassy to grant Visa
  • Chamber of Commerce Letter from Indian Company in Original
  • Approval from Ministry of Interior Islamabad.
  • Indian Company Annual Report
  • Visiting card of the passenger.
  • Polio Vaccination Certificate (issued at least 1 month before the date of travel) is must.
Fees

Rs. 120/- by cash

Handling Charges Applicable

NOTE: Visa Fee is to be deposited at the Standard Chartard Bank, Malcha Marg, Chanakya Puri Branch in A/c # 5220 5840 236 favouring High Commission of Pakistan. The bank in turn shall generate a receipt which is to be submitted along with the Visa Application Form.
