• Valid passport with at least 6 month validity from the date of travel. Please do not attach any Old passport booklets as the embassy accepts only the latest passport booklet.

• Covering Letter addressed to The Visa Officer Embassy Of The Republic Of Congo on Business Letterhead stating that the pax is their Employee OR running his business.
• Return Confirmed Ticket Or Ticket Itinerary.
• Original Invitation Letter, attested by Immigration Office OR Commissioner of Police - Republic of Congo. One photocopy of the Invitation Letter is also required.
• Original yellow fever Card and one photocopy of it.
• Legalize (Authentic) Patent (Patente) letter or license of tax proof document if the invitee company.
• Declaration Letter from Invitant to be filled in the same format as provided on our form section. This letter has to be printed on Letter head and signed with stamp of the inviting company of Republic of Congo.

NOTE

The Embassy of The Republic of Congo, has Suggested to all who are willing to travel Brazzaville, to make a Reservation on ECAir, a direct flight from Dubai to Brazzaville (7hrs) the travelling hours are more shorter than the another Airlines.
