Invitation letter (addressed to The Visa Officer, Uganda High Commission) to be faxed directly to the embassy in Delhi and one copy to us. Company Profile of both Indian as well as Ugandan Company. Last three months personal bank statement. Return Confirmed Ticket. Hotel Confirmation for the stay in Uganda. Yellow Fever Certificate is must. In case applicant going to attend a conference then HOTEL CONFIRMATION is mandatory.
Fees	Rs. 6500/- by draft in favour of UGANDA HIGH COMMISSION New Delhi.

Sponsorship Letter, Sponsor passport copy and Residence permit copy (one copy to be faxed to the embassy in delhi and one copy to be sent along with the docs) OR Hotel Booking from Hotel in Uganda only (one copy to be faxed to the embassy in delhi and one copy to be sent along with the docs). Return Confirmed Ticket (Printout of the booking must with ticket). Foreign Exchange. Yellow Fever Certificate is must.
